What to Expect

We will chat for five to ten minutes at the beginning of each session to assess where you are on that day and what goals you have for the session. Then I establish communication with your body through what many refer to as muscle testing. Eden practitioners call it energy testing because we are testing the energy flowing through a muscle. Once a baseline test is acquired, the rest of the work happens on the massage table. The first handful of tests we will work through together, correcting what is imbalanced to bring your basic energies into organization. For the remainder of the session you will relax while I complete a series of balancing exercises and any deeper protocol that seems fitting. For the last ten minutes we will discuss the work done and any at-home care you can do to maintain shifts that have occurred. Please allow two hours for a full session from arrival time to exit.
